Position Overview
This role is ideal for a motivated professional who can manage multiple responsibilities across project coordination, estimating, and client/vendor communication. The right candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate multiple residential construction projects simultaneously
Interpret, organize, and maintain project plans and specifications
Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and material take-offs
Solicit bids and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
Oversee project buyout and contracting processes
Coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, designers, and clients
Order materials, schedule deliveries, and track timelines
Support project execution from pre-construction through completion
Handle additional project-related tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of residential construction experience (required)
Ability to read and interpret full construction plan sets, including:
Structural
Architectural
Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)
Interior Design drawings
Experience performing material and quantity take-offs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience with cloud-based file systems(Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Authorized to work in the United States
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
In-office position (Boca Raton, FL)
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $75,000 – $95,000 (based on experience)
