  • Position Overview

    This role is ideal for a motivated professional who can manage multiple responsibilities across project coordination, estimating, and client/vendor communication. The right candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and coordinate multiple residential construction projects simultaneously

    • Interpret, organize, and maintain project plans and specifications

    • Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and material take-offs

    • Solicit bids and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers

    • Oversee project buyout and contracting processes

    • Coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, designers, and clients

    • Order materials, schedule deliveries, and track timelines

    • Support project execution from pre-construction through completion

    • Handle additional project-related tasks as needed

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum 2+ years of residential construction experience (required)

    • Ability to read and interpret full construction plan sets, including:

      • Structural

      • Architectural

      • Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)

      • Interior Design drawings

    • Experience performing material and quantity take-offs

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

    • Experience with cloud-based file systems(Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.)

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    • Authorized to work in the United States

    Work Schedule

    • Monday – Friday

    • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    • In-office position (Boca Raton, FL)

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Competitive salary: $75,000 – $95,000 (based on experience)
