Ian Koolik
Ian is a graduate of University of Florida’s prestigious M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction. Ian is a Florida licensed general contractor known for building many of South Florida’s finest custom estate homes.
Merri Koolik
The daughter of a builder/developer, Merri grew up in the home building business. Now with over twenty years of experience in South Florida home design and construction, she has a natural eye for stunning yet practical design.
